Sent flowers to a friend who needed a boost. I live out of the area and was hoping to find a florist with a personal touch and I definitely did! She called that afternoon to OK a flower substitution with me and reassure me that the flowers would get out that day. My friend is very into flowers and was thrilled with the arrangement.
